Red gem slots =  Bold Inferno Ruby or the Epic version
Yellow gem slots = Resplendent Ember Topaz
Blue gem slot can be either Etched Demonseye or Bold inferno ruby depend on your hit cap (5.0%)
Finally pyrium weapon chain is must for pvp
